Get back the money UPS and FedEx owe you for late, lost and damaged parcels.

Carriers offer credits when eligible shipments arrive late or go missing, but the claims have short deadlines and nobody has time to check every tracking number. We audit your invoices, file the claims, and only get paid when a credit actually lands.

How it works

Three steps. You do the first one; we do the rest.

1

Share your carrier invoices

Start with the free estimate form. We'll then ask for a recent UPS or FedEx invoice export (CSV or PDF) so we can see your real shipments.

2

We audit and file

Every shipment is checked against the carrier's delivery commitment and for lost or damaged parcels. With your signed authorization, we file eligible claims before deadlines pass.

3

You keep 80%

Approved credits appear on your carrier invoice. We bill 20% of credits that actually show up there — nothing else.

Simple pricing

Pay only on results.

20%

of credits actually recovered

  • No setup fee, no monthly fee
  • No recovery = no fee
  • We only count credits that appear on your carrier invoice
  • Cancel anytime by revoking access

How that compares

Parcel audit services commonly charge somewhere around 25% to 50% of recovered credits, and some add a monthly fee. We charge 20% because the audit and filing are largely automated, with a human reviewing appeals.

Questions

Is it safe?

We only need read access to shipment and invoice data. We never ask for your payment details for the carrier, and we don't change your shipping settings. Data is encrypted in transit and used only to find and file claims. You can revoke access and ask us to delete your data at any time.

What access do you need?

For the estimate: just a recent invoice export (CSV or PDF). To file claims: a signed authorization letting us file on your behalf, and either your invoice exports on a schedule or a limited user on your carrier account where the carrier supports it. We'll never ask you to share your main account password.

Which carriers do you support?

UPS and FedEx in the United States during early access. If you ship with others, tell us in the form — it helps us decide what to add next.

What if my contract waives money-back guarantees?

That's common, so here's the honest answer: many negotiated UPS and FedEx contracts waive or limit late-delivery refunds, and carriers have suspended or narrowed their guarantees on some services at times. If yours are waived, late-delivery credits may not be available. Lost and damaged parcel claims usually still apply. We'll tell you what's actually eligible after looking at your invoice — and if there's nothing to recover, you pay nothing.

Will this hurt my relationship with the carrier?

Filing for credits under the carrier's own published terms is a normal part of shipping. We only file claims we believe are eligible.

How fast do credits show up?

It varies by carrier and claim type. Credits typically appear on a later invoice; we only bill after they do.
